The church in particular and Christians in general has for long time
focused in Christmas time on everything and everyone in the nativity story
except on the very one who made Jesus' physical
birth possible who is the person of the Holy Spirit.
When Mary Asked how this pregnancy will ever be possible ?
The Answer was : Through the Holy Spirit.
It was the Holy Spirit that made Jesus' mission on earth successful .
Jesus had daily fellowship with the Father and the Holy Spirit to fulfill his assignment.
It was the power of the Holy Spirit working in Jesus that
enabled him to cast out demons ,multiply food, resurrect the dead and do the miracles mentioned
in the bible.
It was the Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead and lifted him up to heaven.
This Christmas let us focus more on the Holy Spirit who is now the Spirit of Jesus
in every believer and it is only he who can help us fulfill
God's plan for our life and walk in our purpose on this earth.
