Revealing God

 The Holy Spirit is often thought of as the part of God that is responsible for our spiritual growth and development. However, the Holy Spirit also plays an important role in revealing God to us. In John 16:13-15, Jesus tells us that the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth and will reveal to us the things that are to come. This means that the Holy Spirit will help us to understand who God is and what His plans are for our lives.

The Holy Spirit also reveals God to us through His word.We are told that all Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. This means that the Bible is a supernatural book that can only be understood by the help of the Holy Spirit. When we read the Bible, the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth and help us to understand what it means. The Holy Spirit also reveals God to us through prayer. Holy Spirit intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. This means that the Holy Spirit is praying for us even when we don’t know how to pray. He knows our needs and He knows what to pray for us.

The Holy Spirit is also at work in the world around us, revealing God to those who do not know Him. In Acts , we see that the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples at Pentecost and filled them with power. They then began to speak in other tongues and preach the gospel to those who were gathered there. The Holy Spirit is still at work today, revealing God to those who are lost and helping them to find salvation.
